Live Elevator Monitoring

We provide live remote monitoring & fault reporting systems that collect real-time information from each elevator which is monitored from a tablet, PC or smart phone.  

 Our system:

• monitors and record the elevators’ running condition
• calculates statistics and analyses the elevators’ running data
• provides real time elevator operation via smartphone, tablet or PC

Via secure access, building owners and managers are able to monitor their elevator’s operation live from a smartphone, tablet or PC.  

In the event an elevator becomes faulty, the system will alert the nominated person to advise:

• the floor where the elevator has stopped
• if there are people in the elevator
• the nature of the problem

Automated call outs are made to Beyond Elevators, technicians are immediately dispatched to address the issue. The system provides messages at each stage of the fault repair such as, technician are on site. Once the fault has been resolved the system will report back to the building owner or manager when the elevator is back in service.
